PayPal Workaround

Thanks for reaching out. We apologize for the inconvenience in paying for our product. The majority of payments are going through with no issue, but some are running into the same issue you are. This is something that we are working on resolving, and we apologise for the inconvenience.

Here are two workarounds that we are using that has worked in those cases:

  • Change your PayPal funding source from a debit credit to a credit card, and then try to purchase again.

  • If that does not work, you can directly send your payment to this PayPal.me link: PayPal.me/laylasaad. In the note for the payment, please include your full name, email address, and the class or event you are purchasing. Once you've done that, please forward your PayPal receipt to info@laylafsaad.com. And then we will manually add you to the email list for the workshop. Please note that you MUST forward us your PayPal receipt with the requested details, otherwise we will not know that you have purchased the class or event.
